Yep, remember the first All-Dayer in the Wintergardens. I was wearing a green bowling shirt and Blue cords.....!! Anyone in touch with Mary these days?
A lot of truth in your vid bro...we drove from Cornwall to Cat's, The Torch, Junction, Wheel, VaVa's, St Ives, Samantha's, Wigan when it was good, not much to Highland Rooms, Yate, Notts Palais, even Barnsley & Skeggers once..slid across the Snake pass in winter with 7 in a Minivan...
with our friends G&C's, BB's, SKF, DuroM's, Dexi's, Rit's, R&B's etc etc..sadly never made it to Cleethorpes...just too long a drive in the early 70's in my '63 Singer Gazelle!!!
Thanks for a great journey, especially this stop off at Cleethorpes. So many memories of travelling up there every Sat night on the Stamford bus with Poke, Vicky and the rest of the Stamford crowd. Great days, never to be forgotten. Dave, Grantham.

I preferred Wigan but had some great nights and days at Cleethorpes. Anybody got footage of the Tramps Playing there?
