@itsbojan I believe it is to show you the quality of the instruction that comes with the new hardware. Besides, if you're half way competent, the install is not that difficult.
This is a mechanical injection system so there is no scope for fuel controllers or other electric trickery.
being mechanical the check valves opening is determined by the pump plunger stroke, diesel cannot be compressed, thats why u find high spec diesels often being lumpy at idle; at idle flow isnt enough to get good spray so it tries to stall, as rpm drops governor gives more fuel until spray is good, rpm increases, governor backs it off etc.
I wish my Jetta would have started that fast when I replaced the nozzles!!! The god awful long delay must have been edited out! :-)

@SchwindermanFamily Sorry but it started up just like it was shown, not edited.

it needs moke smoke :) unless you're going the conservative route (which is obviously the case)

with these injectors being flow vs time, if they r high flow wont idle be higher?
tpvalley 3 years ago
no because the duration they open with be less for same volume and you need fuel controller if stock computer cant control them properly

I dont think they r bigger nozzles.
