Ok. I'm jst about PISSED OFF AT YOU GUYS. WE wait MONTHS for measly apps for the zune HD and the windows phone comes out n has hundreds, if not thousands of apps already?! What about us who stepped out in FAITH and bought the zune HD in hopes of bigger and better apps?! I mean come on! At least make the phone apps compatible so we can have some fun too. I tell you, thats the last time I step out in faith and buy anything fr Microsoft.

I'm due for a PMP update, I've been an iPod guy the second gen bit I'm thinking about converting. Is there anything about the zune hd that is significantly better than the newest ipod touch?

@agarza915 I think the only real advice would be to go get your hands on the newest devices and know when the next new version of those is coming out. After trying the different interfaces and seeing all of the features you'd be able to know when and what to purchase. If you are huge on applications (I'm not sure why people find them so fascinating) then the iPod may be the way to go. Just take your time.

@agarza915 The best thing about the Zune is the Zune Pass. It is well worth the $150 a year (if you pay for the annual subscription upfront) and they have just about everything one could search for in music.

Though, there are two features that I am very sad my Zune doesn't have:

No flash support and no XBOX Live anywhere makes the Zune a pretty crappy device. You f*cked up MS. You did many things right with the device but you've left huge holes in it. The device was lacking major features from launch. I was going to get a ZuneHD a year ago but my Motorola Droid made it useless. The only hope you have is Windows Phone 7 but ONLY because of Xbox live Anywhere. If you expand on that and bring it to verizon then i'm sold. Otherwise Android FTW.

Yes i understand the separate MP3 player so you don't drain the life of your smartphone. But they have clearly unified Xbox live and Zune services so why couldn't they have made a few connections with Xbox and the ZuneHD? The games they offer could have had achievements right? Everytime you sync your zune or connect to wifi your gamerscore would be updated. I don't know i feel more could have been done with the ZHD. I'm a MS fan so it sucks seeing a device fail.

Asking WTF is so great about Xbox Live is like asking why gaming companies would ever want an online gaming service. Xbox live is like any other social site expect it's build around gaming. Gaming is first, social is second, media is third.If i can have all that on my console then it would make sense to have all that on a mobile device made by the same company. Hardware was lacking now things should be different.ZHD should have been the start of it all.

Isn't this kinda like too late? Like a year & so late?, lol. I think Zune should get more promo, & marketing. Can't you all get exclusive tracks for albums too like iTunes, & pre-orders. & can't you all be announced on when singles get out like iTunes & Amazon MP3? Anywhoo... I love my ZuneHD Originals (in Blue) :), oh yeah & my Zune Pass :D
