Actually that is "Follow" by incubus.. its in Halo 2 when you first play as the Arbiter on the orbiting mining area.

The songs plays while you are in the banshee going after the Heretic leader, you have a phantom helping you.

Instead of saying "follow" the vocals are replaced with some type of boosting noise, im not sure why they chose this but the original song is epic :D
