@kreigsmann Those are coated with the white lithium grease packets that came with the bushings, so no, I did not forget that step. Like I said in the 2nd comment down, using a different grease made the squeek go away.
@mig360m Yep, they fit really tight here. However, I replaced the grease with Prothane grease which is thicker than the grease that comes with the bushings and the squeek went away. (for now)
Thats how they were without even a bolt through them. They were quite tight.
