i like the way he comes on all huffy and bad and she uses her estimable experience to turn him into a pussy cat. he resorts to making jabbing motions with his fingers to try and get her to engage. she wisely, knowingly, responds with opening gestures, signaling him to talk more.

he met his match and then some. she didn't defend - she explained, regardless of how he provoked. that way, regardless of how the conversation flowed, she comes off as a pro, and he looks like an angry punk.
