hell, I can do that with 150...shit, I routinely workout with over 100 lbs for reps. whats most impressive is seeing somebody one arm dumbbell snatch 150lbs, wow! anyway, nice work.
i used to always use gloves. for BBing i think its a good idea. the high volume can tear them up. doing strongman now tho, and i dont use gloves, just chalk.
