@sanstitle I know you left this comment a while back but I knew the answer so w/e lol: yes, this film had a very limited release because very few theaters actually agreed to give it a run. Mostly the big theater names that didn't show it. It got a pretty shitty box office return because of this and has kind of turned into an underground film with a small following. I've also heard it has very little chance of being released on DVD because so few people know about it.
