  • DAMN try swimming? we like our triceps :D

  • @NewGameReleases Congratz for u!

  • WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thanks to the dude @ :59, I've set a new personal record for staring at a mans ass.

  • BEASTMODE

  • I just tried weighted dips for the first time today with a weight vest. 40 lbs 20 times, and 52 lbs 15 times. 250 lbs? Bravo!

  • If you train for strength and have short limbs, like he does, you can do some incredible things.

  • Dude!!!!

  • sick!

  • Hey dudes, check out my 3 and 4 plate dip videos at only 164.5lbs bodyweight

  • def give you 90 for the 2 outside plates but 250??

  • alright...Took me a few videos before I found someone doing full reps but nice show

  • im not sure how you did 1 rep with Steve Miller Band going on in the backround

  • nice...very strong! but perhaps some negatives would make it insane....to INSANE!!!!!

  • basicly he starts doing dip @ about 1:46

  • @vctop101dunk thnx, u saved 1:46min of my life

  • I gotta go move my van

  • Weighted Dips are awesome - I'm 154Lbs and dipping 8 @ 50Lbs comfortably with a dumbbell between my legs... Gotta be careful not to overload the A/C though, but best Tri building exercise...

  • next time start recording around 1:50. nice job tho man

  • Ironically, am retired and working on MBA. Chess teacher and trainer and play multiple boards blindfolded. I have played OTB (over the board aka live in person) using digital chess clock without knocking over any pieces at 90 moves in 20 seconds. It was for hand eye coordination. My opponent ranked 3rd in all russia. " A mind is a terribla thing to waste". Lifters who play chess know 90 in 20 is fast. I hope kids surpass us all and we all will be better for it. Show them how to do more.

  • Balance in martial arts tradition meant to train speed power endurance, and many skill sets, a cross between one who could easily win gold in multiple olympic events. Bruce lee is a perfect example in his prime. Think you can win real fight empty hands? Check vid of 6-7 punches 1 second tommy caruthers. I am not fast as I wish, but have done a speed bag 10 punches in 33/100 of 1 sec, and shattered many stack brick and board. Respect to you sir. Yoga, Hypnosis, Prayer, faith, hope are keys.

  • Impressive for size. Respect. He could seriously help or hurt many people. He should be a strength trainer and lead by example. Haters are full of envy and jealous. There is ryan Kennaly who benched almost 1100 lbs, and a 148 lb guy who benched 600lb, 165lb joe Mazza (cop in Philadelphia benched 725. There are some strong MMA, but "balance and brains" wins; meaning thinking skills like strategy and many forms of skills, along with a balance of physical mental emotional and spiritual wins.

  • brilliant

  • would be better if you cut out the first 2 whole minutes of this video.

  • good job those dip stations are awesome, mine has my hands way to far apart

  • BEAST

  • holy shit. i was expecting 70lb on the chain for a combined 250. wtf.

  • @soldier1398 That's what I was thinking too!! Great job!!!

  • ....how is this possible at 179lbs. this is unreal..

  • my nuts are heavier than that

  • FAKE!

  • Very nice! I did 90x2.....very inspirational.

  • why didnt you do more reps? Looked like you couldve had 1 or 2 more

  • Damn! Thats awesome!

  • amazing, i've only recently gotten to love dips. I'm only at 30 lbs for 8 reps. When i can get to your strength i'll feel like an animal

  • What the f-work :D How much there is weight? Strong guy.

  • good shit!!!!!!!!!!!

  • hey that wasn't so bad man, looks pretty good to me, you did those 3 reps completely, so not ugly at all, good job man

  • @hackerrudy exactly, nothing ugly about those reps. I would allmost say they were very strict.

  • looking strong

  • very nice

  • de-bo

  • When i was 17 (im 19 now, amateur bodybuilder competing in WNBF), I was doing 5 plate dips (225lbs) x 4 reps. After that I tore my AC Joint....gotta be real careful with heavy dips. Now i'm sticking to 2 or 3 plates for more reps.

  • @Nitrotech23

your e-penis just grew an inch...

  • @Acid113377 lol

  • 1 sec. geleden i do 10 reps with 150 lbs, very deep and full lock outs

  • im 13 200lbs and i can do one weighted dip of 100lbs for one full deep rep

  • good shit...not that ugly either!

  • Guys who don't eat a ton get stronger but they don't look all yoked. There's a bunch of thin powerlifters.

This guy is wearing a pretty loose shirt, and he's fair skinned so he's probably a lot bigger than this video shows.

  • Damn good job.

  • good shit brotha!

  • I was looking at his 680 bench and I must say that is the first time I've seen that much weight on a bar that thin and the BAR DIDN'T BEND. I'm not saying it's fake but it does seem suspicious.I've seen skinny people with no muscle tone lift very heavy weights well over 400 lbs in different lifts so like I said I'm not saying it's fake just suspicious so I'm not calling you a liar. Why don't you tell us your workout routine so some of us can try it.

  • @ew4400 This guy is doing dips not benching...

    ????

  • @osmosys808 I said I was looking at his other video go to his channel and see.

  • omg u're a beast! very impressive weight

  • i feel bad for your elbows, but impressive. What did u need headphones for with the amazing music in the background?

  • very impressive upper body strength

    =

  • very impressive!

  • damn wtf this foo looks all skinny and shit, and then he does this shit damn dude

  • They wern't that ugly dude thats awesome strength to bodyweight and makes my ambition of 90 lbs 6 reps at 170 body weight seem lame but we all got to start somewhere

  • @dippadaws Yes, that is the perfect attitude to have. You'll get there, just plate by plate, before you know it. I am just starting out with weighted dips, too, and they seem pretty humbling so far, which is why I am falling in love with them.

  • train dips if you want to be strong in dips

  • very bad form do less weight

  • thats fuckin awesome BEAST, but thats so bad for your body :)

  • brilliant fckin work!!!

  • ohh this is wat it call dips i see now..

  • weak form

  • that is crazy!

  • BEAST! Thats strength. No bloated fag muscle. Garrr yu make me want to start training again! I never got past doing 3 reps with 55KG.

  • hell yea..awesome dips dude..keep like that x_x

  • wow nice work. I just completed my first dip with my bodyweight plus 180 pounds for one rep. I'm hoping to add another 45 pounds to that over the next few months. Thats impressive man

  • nice, its good to do exercises in which you handle your body-weight, let alone way more!

  • get crazy. Barstarzz

  • fuck me thats pretty prodigious

  • way stronger than he looks!

  • @endlsswing

    already he looks strong

  • @endlsswing he's way stronger than he looks because media has made us think that bigger muscles = more strength--but a lot of the "strong looking" people in movies and magazines are actually bodybuilders which put an emphasis on muscle size, definition, tone, and symmetry over muscle strength. The guy in this video is a certifiable power lifter. Power lifters try to maximize their strength for their own body weight--not really caring about whether they look strong or not.

  • Damn, that's very good! I'm 145, and the max weight I've added on dips was only 205, for one rep. You're strong!

  • Only 205!! That's impressive. Very few people lift that amount.

  • That's how you BULK up right there.

  • He's def doing his body weight which is 179+250lbs. Honestly I think a pretty good test of strength is being able to dip your weight x2. He is doing almost 1.5x his body weight for reps. Very strong. I am 180 and do my weight plus 180 for 6 reps. Im hoping to get 225 for 3 or 4 soon.

  • I don't care if you think im lying i just want someone to answer my question.

  • Is this guy doing his body weight and lifting 250 pounds? Or is he mixing the weight he is lifting plus his body weight to make 250 pounds. I don't know much about dips but someone told me it's really good if you can do at least 10 but i can do 30 without weights and with my body weight and other weight together i can do 11 reps with 250 pounds.

  • If you were really doing 250 pounds for 11 reps, you would know the answer yourself. Stop lying to yourself, worthless garbage

  • u do 30 straight dips??pf,youre a fucking liar im sure.post it biatch or lie elsewhere....

  • I am very good at lifting my body weight but i lack in lifting heavy weights with free weights. I also don't know how to get videos on the internet.

  • register yourself on youtube, become a member and then you can start posting just that simple.

  • @Krisznyo ive seen a guy do 43 straight dips...so 30 seems very real to me.

  • Huh?

Dude, there are ppl who can do hundreds non-stop with their bodyweight, quit being so ignorant.

  • @NWpowerhouse85 Um, no?

Stop being an idiotic liar and get your facts straight. Show me ONE person that can do 100+ dips.

  • @SJRNWT

Stop being an ignorant cock. Olympic gymnasts can do these like they're nothing, you need to get a fucking clue, you jackass.

  • @NWpowerhouse85 You're mature.

  • @SJRNWT

    Thanks, I try.

  • @NWpowerhouse85 actually I doubt they can, they usually just go for high reps of body weight. Because they need muscular endurance rather than absolute strength.

  • @crusher1427 You doubt a gymnast can do 100 dips non-stop?

    lmfao.

  • @NWpowerhouse85 Are you blind ? I said they go for high rep body weight. So they can probably do like 90+ body weight dips, but they may or may not be able to do 20 dips with 50lbs attached. This is due to the nature of their training, it's not concerned with weight as much as it is relative muscular endurance.

  • @crusher1427 Then you must be blind, because I said that they CAN do high rep dips, and high reps, are for endurance....I THOUGHT that was assumed...

  • @SJRNWT Wait, wait, let me guess....if there's not a vid of it on youtube, then I guess it's never happened right?

  • I can do 45 dips so

  • In 11th grade my weight was 145 and i did with 90 pounds 3 rep. but still weak.

  • I dont need added weights my balls weigh 150lbs }:D

  • hahaha :)

  • @garibaldi54 hahahahahahah!!! yeeeeees!!!

  • @garibaldi54 hey dude you might want to get the checked out

  • Comment removed

  • @garibaldi54 150lbs?!@>! ..... only?

  • @garibaldi54 your balls weigh almost as much as me !

  • Doesn't look so muscular, yet that was impressive. :)

  • This guy is STRONG! :p

  • Incredibly impressive; in fact, I would go so far as to say that, considering your bw, this is the most impressive amateur video I've seen on You-Tube.

  • Nice, good job.

  • Maybe you could have spared us the 1:49 seconds BEFORE you actually started lifitng.

  • why do asshole all try and tell people there lifting to much weight. you probably tell the same to andy bolton and tell ronnie coleman he's to big, the guys form is great, is dipping bars are a bit dodgy. if you don't push yourslef you will never advance

  • Good form. Down to 90 degrees. Looks like too much weight but this might just be the last set of a routine.

  • Nice midget man!

  • listen to these idiots saying its too much weight for him. Those are the same queers you see pumping out bicep curls 5 days a week

  • way too much weight for him

  • I have been thinking about making a dip rack that is selectorized with the bars on it being square vs. round. I think that we may be able to press a bit more weight with a hand sized square piece vs. a round piece that puts all of the weight on a line vs. a plane of the hand.

  • hah i can do 10 laps in the pool with that weight hanging,i can do 100 skipping also.

  • holy mackeral. what gym is this. lol keep on rockin me? i do bingers to steve miller, not lift weights. nice try on the 3 set, but its way too much weight for you. form over weight....its the cardinal rule for lifting. there is no contesting that.

  • cooooda tried one more...

  • very impressive. def not juicing, but incredibly strong. i want to know what u mean by "ugly set" in the title...

  • slizzardman, Thats quite a claim. Lets see the video. 50 reps BW at 235 is awesome.

  • My bodyweight is 220 now :P I'm starting to get back into the weights a little as a supplement to gymnastics training, so I will put up a video in a month or so. We'll see where I'm at. I can guarantee I won't be doing 50 with 120 lol! But by the end of the year, maybe!

  • That is Impressive but you should give yourself more credit good job

  • Wow, I'll have to keep this in mind. Good goal to shoot for!

  • That is not like benching 340 for 3. this guy is more of a beast than that. This guys raw bench is in the mid to high 400's.

  • this is like decline bench considering they are both lower pec exercises and a downward press, slightly easier than a flat bp. anyway, good video.

  • I don't think he's juicing either, and he doesn't have hgh gut. Hell, at 235bw I was doing sets of 50 dips with 120 lbs and I've never juiced. It's the little muscles around your shoulder girdle that let you do these amazing lifts. Try some planche training, you'll see what I mean.

  • lol hgh gut?

  • you cant just say a stat like that and expect people to believe it. The internet is comprised of 99% skeptics, so lets see a video.

  • I know. I'll get something up soon. I'm just getting back into the weight room, most of my time is spent on the rings these days. We'll see lol, I will be doing that again by the end of the year I think.

  • 50 reps with 120 lbs? now that i gotta see

  • 50 dips in 1 set? i no think so man

  • I was on the USS Fort McHenry for two and a half years. There were three things to do: Watch movies, smoke, and work out. After a few months I saw all 700-odd movies, and I didn't smoke, so I just worked out. Doesn't matter much to me whether you believe me, and I don't blame you. There wasn't anyone else on the ship who could do what I did in that area, but there were other areas I was blown away in. I've always had pretty ludicrous strength, and after two years who's surprised?

  • wtf, what a beast!

  • make sure your nuts don't get pinched in there!

  • I prefer a muscle thats mine that I built, not muscle that comes in a bottle.

Working out is about training your mind heart and body to be tough roids don't give you that kind of tough. GOOD DIPS MAN FELLOW DIPPER KC!

  • That's Lance Kirchner, a powerlifter that is sponsored (by Titan). He is at the world level (can bench over 300% of his body weight). He is all natural. He lifts in the USAPL, a drug-free powerlifting association that regularly tests people like him. If he ever roided, it would've had to been many, many years ago.

  • Stop being such an idiot, natural or not it takes a lot of goddamm effort to get anywhere. Steriods aren't muscles in a can, consider them another supplement.

  • Consider them another supplement? I'm sorry but are you fucking serious?

  • Yes I am serious.

My comment is ambiguous, but kc just can't point out that just because he's on roids he doesn't work at all.

Steroids still make you work. Just because dumbass little kids who have never touched a weight get first some Test-E doesn't mean everyone is like that.

  • believe it or not hes right....

steroids allow your muscles to repair and grow much faster than normal allowing much accelarated progress...so steroids arent "muscles in a can" they still require a great deal of effort

so while a dont use nor condone steroids, it is appropirate to view them as muscles

  • how about doing some research before making a retarded claim like that. yes, steroids will help you put on more muscle faster.. that doesn't mean the muscle isn't "yours". you still need to train your ass off for (good) results, and anyone who abuses them will just reap what they sow in the future

  • impressive work ethic for being natural.. show weight u do next time for skeptics

  • I doubt he's a roider , some guys are naturally that strong.

  • yeah i dont think he has done riods. I could never do that much weight, im too tall. My arm would dislocate. He looks like he is 5'5'' and the shorter you are the faster you can throw on muscle and become stronge because your body has less of an area to regrow muscle.

  • wasnt really an ugly set btw... i dont think hes on roids either b/c dips r pretty ez to gain on... ive been doin them for 2 months and im at 100lb 5 reps (no roids)... good job bro

  • That is pretty amazing. My best with weighted dips was with 3 plates at a bodyweight of 280 for 2 reps.

Whoever said he is on juice......I haven't piss tested the guy, but, he doesn't have the look of a juicehead. He's probably not too tall, is naturally strong, and has a strong rotator cuff/shoulder girdle. All of these things contribute to his success. Good shit.

  • that was fuckin gnarly u look like shit for ur level of strength tho

  • amazing

  • really strong guy, u can tell hes natural aswell (no roids)

  • How can you tell that? you get his blood read just by watching him.

  • if he was a juice monkey he would be a big bulky fucker

  • There are many types of steroids that do other things than make you a 'big bulky fucker'

Do you think athletes in weight classes don't use steorids cause they will become 'big bulky fuckers?'

That's a nice lift whether he is on or not.

  • juice monkeys punch like girls

  • This is probably the ONLY dip video I've seen on youtube that actually shows a good amount of weight. Everyone else only does like 2 plates or 3 if you're lucky. But anyways nice set! My personal best was 6 45lbs plates @ 135-140lbs bwt but only for 1 rep. Keep up the good work!!!

  • Search for "150kg dippi" here on youtube, dips with 330lbs + bwt :-)

    (he has 3x50 kg plates)

  • goddamn ur strong

  • Ugly??? That was AMAZING.

  • i bet the guy in the back feels like a bitch now.

  • hell yeah, love that hardcore training bro, im about your size and just started building my weight back up on dips, i used to use 3plates.. impressive bro

  • haha I love the guy behind you on the dip machine, trying to act like he's not watching. sweet lift btw, weighted dips are torture and 250 lbs. is awesome.

  • simply amazing

  • awesome lift. check out sherdog dot come forums. A lot of cool like minded strength athletes in the strength and power forum. Good luck.

  • in response to how big someone should be when lifting, some people I've seen look not big at all but in most cases there's a difference in appearance to regular people who dont train who are similar girths. that is there's a certain solidness in the build, or certain stabilizer strength, rockiness in some small olympic lifters.

  • lol at the guy behind him on the dip machine

  • that was fucken sick

  • You dont look that big (no offense), just that someone whos dippin 250 +BW should be bigger, in the arms at the very least

  • I dont think you get it

  • Bruce Lee didn't look that strong either, not a lot of people who would say he didn't have a lot of power though. There's more to lifting than size. I've met pumped up freaks who couldn't do a chin up to save their lives and Mr. Potato head lookin guys who could bench a house, but couldnt squat 135.

  • holy shit. thats fuckin amazing.

  • dude... srrsly amazing
