How tall are you and give your weight as well please. I'm 5'10" and 185 and worried the bike is too small for me. It looks a little small for you or you must be a big guy.

Consider a DR-Z 400sm you'll regret buying a yamaha, it's good looking but that's where the fun runs out, so many better bikes, the suspension is shit on these, way too soft on the road, rediculous off road and it has no balls at all, too slow, atleast with the dr-z you start with more power and have almost endless upgrade possibilites. cheers.

How can it do well off-road with those street tires? I dont get it . . Did he put some kind of off-road tires on his WR250X?? I think the WR250R would do better on the streets than a WR250X would do off-road . .

actually supermoto bikes evolved form racing on half asphalt, half hard dirt tracks. So, they can ride through the dirt. But, of course to as well as as regular motox or dual sport could.
