In life...the big age points are 16, 18, 21, 30, 36, 40, etc. I just hit 30--and I actually could agree that I DID cut off all old friends and people who kinda bring u down instead of bringing u up. I've noticed changes in my body too. My fuse was much shorter when I was younger. I'm noticing that I'm a little more patient now than ever before. I'm addressing dark circles under my eyes. I read articles about pre-menopause & mammograms. I never thought about those issues before now. I agree, we need to pass on info to each other.

I'm 37 and I think that it is different for different people. My periods are heavier. If you are going thru this then visit gyn they will tell you to keep a record of how long they last and how many pads you going to have to change. I'm also considering hormonal therapy because mines are definitely out a balance.

I got very depressed when I turned 40. It took me a few months to get over it. I make myself think of some of my peers who didn't make it. Or even those that did but look a lot older. I'm happy at my age even if my tits slide under my arms when I lay on my back. Or I think I have dingleberries in my cooch but its grey hair. lol. There are so many other things to worry about.

When I turned 39, I quit drinking and smoking because I didn't want to go into my 40's doing the same crap I was doing in my teens, 20's & 30's. I had to have my wisdom teeth pulled out also in my late 30's. When I entered my 50's, I started to get depressed because of it because I couldn't believe how fast the time went. However, I am grateful to see 53 and hopefully I will make 54 this summer. I'm starting to trip over my breast , its harder to lose weight and hair thining but I'm okay.

I would suggest you get blood work done to make sure everything is ok. I had most of your symptoms and it turns out I had anemia. My blood count was low so now I take iron pills. All of the serious problems that anemia can cause can easily be prevented by eating a lot of greens and healthy diet.
