@DZineR60660 wow Job 38:7 is interesting, thanks for digging these up. "Morning stars sang" - could mean angels... Job is my favorite book, at least, thus far. but in both the other references they only "say." I had just heard a sermon that discussed this in detail before I made the post, as if singing was a thing God reserved for men, as we, in Christ, are above them in heaven. However even if it is so that the angels only "say," what a magnificent, booming voice they must have...
Can anyone tell me where this came from? Is that a congregation or an audience? Live on stage or in a church??? My most favorite vocalist singing my most favorite hymn!
I've been an Alison fan since she was about 17, before most people ever heard of her. Yes, I am one of the "she has the voice of an angel" people. That said, she was not in best form on this effort. She was off-key in several places, and her voice lacked the usual angelic sweetness that it usually has. Maybe she had a cold or something. Still, a sub-par Alison is better than just about anyone else.
Great hymn and a nice version.

I love her voice but I like the Eden's Bridge version better.

Glorious. And she sang the third verse as well. Almost no one else does.
