Ten Years - A poem for my Nana

Your heart is so tender from the love that you give,

I felt your emotion , in every word, and breath

understand that its your nan sharing her memory, her beauty and grace

she will never leave you, just close your eyes to see her face xxxxxxxx

Thanks for your very personal and touching sharing. I'm not especially religious, but there's a line I remember from Psalm 89. In one translation it is: "For I claim that love is built to last forever."

Really beautiful poem. I wrote a lot of poetry myself. And I lost my aunt about 7 years back- very violently. Funny, I sent her an email (her addy was still working) after she died and I just put all my feelings into it and I had a dream she responded back and told me she was alright and everything would be alright. It helped. :D Love to you.
