In Arkansas a man noticed some debris falling on a day when there was heavy spraying, and put jars of water out to catch samples, of which he took to a water- testing facility. That is the reason the "spray" comes that point of the wing. This is a vid of "compression contrail". It is right at the fine balance of temp, humidity etc so that as the aircraft passes thru the air fast it compresses the air creating just enough heat to condense the humidity. I think if there were real "chemtrailing" they would do it at night to avoid being seen. And sooner or later a pilot or someone would come forward, they always seem to come out for the money. Be a pretty guilt ridden man to know you're poisoning your own country, and guilt can really drive action.

This video is very simply compression vapor and most likely a test flight with a chase aircraft. Standard flight regulations do not allow two aircraft this close and the pilots audio is all wrong.

I live in Central Europe and this stop/start spraying was quite common over Prague second half of last year. Not all planes but about 20% seemed to do it. Spray for perhaps 15-20 seconds. Then no spraying for about the same time period. They drew huge dotted lines in the sky. Looked like shit I can tell you.
