I would recommend doing one video one day and the second video the next day. If you want to work out 4 days a week you can do the upper body video Monday and Wednesday and the lower body video Tuesday and Thursday.
In the end it's up to you depending on how much time you have to work out each day and how many days a week you plan on exercising.

Yes... all of these exercise will help with toning, especially if you hold a pair of dumbells while you perform the exercises to add resistance.
