Steel Toe Pennant with the Wind cranked up. Also, you can only kick 116 Yards, not 120. 110 yards from the goal line plus the 6 yards back the holder is. So 120 is a flat out lie, nice try though. Maxing Kick Power and Accuracy only nets you 60 yarders.

On the older versions of NCAA Football you could by pennants with points you earn from playing. They can then be used to improve your play. The one called Lead Foot would allow you to kick a field goal the entire length of the field with no problem. I bet thats what he did here.
