Hansi really has good taste in literature. I love The Dark Tower and how it ended. The ending fit Roland's character very well, although I still feel sorry for him.
@suprsonickath It's principally about Jake's death but most on how Roland feels about it. You can notice that it's about Jake's death with the lyrics: In this haze of green and gold, he's gone. Really, this song tells a lot about Roland feelings and how he turn out after that Eddie and Jake die.
This song almost always brings tears to my eyes. I am a huge fan of the Dark Tower series by Stephen King, so that is where the tears come from, but nonetheless; it is a wonderful song.
That song HAs almost 3 or 4 letters around the internet, and all seems to fit, acording to the sequence...
dispite of that, that's a great song, tells a great history... this music and accolade from symphony x have something special to me
All their albuns are great... They are one kind of band that despite of being evoluing to another kinds of music, another somorities, the music still looks excellent
I love this song, where has this kind of music been in my life, ill admit that its the first ive heard of its kind and i really enjoy it! Looking for more like it PM me if you know any.
What are you saying!?!?! They're still excellent and they are still my gods! They are trying new styles and they are evolving. If I can secure you, their upcoming album will be more "medieval", a bit like before I believe. Just believe in them! Have a good day! :D
I think you should start by the album Nightfall in Middle-Earth. This album is a masterpiece and is all based on the book: The Silmarion of Jrr Tolkien. You can also start by the album Imagination From the Other Side, who contains a lot of powerfull songs. Then, on that, goodbye!
it left the more complicated and and agressive sounds of their other albums in favor for a more simple sound, and it had some song that were OBVIOUSLY trying to get commerical attention, like Another Stranger Me
a twist obviously suffers from the omission of an epic like the last song of the previous album was, but there is no real weak point on this record in my view, it stands proud among their other works
Great work and great song. I like alot of the slower softer songs but it does not take away the power to this song nice touch with the lyrics to. overall great work!
All Blind guardian Albums are good, and the Dark Tower is a masterpiece.

@andersdelta Same here, but don't worry - we will one day meet Jake in the clearing at the end of the path, say true.

this song is so un-blind guardian. they are a great band, but they really have to rectify themselves after this album.

A good calm song. I like it, it is slow and powerful. They should get a stronger bass in my opinion though. Might be my headphones though.
