i just cant get a back layout, every time i try i end up having to tuck, and still land hands first (although only by a slit second) can anyone help? i think i might be arching a bit to much hmmmm im not sure...
dont pike it so much then its not a layout. cuz when you start ur full ur body should be straight so if u get in the habit of piking in ur layouts when its time to do ur full ull just have to learn ur layouts all over again.

omg i have teh same problem. I cant get momentum from ro bhs bhs layout. I always like bend myself and it looks liek pike instead of layout :|

Feet were flat and not pointed. Back needs to be curved more. Great job though. Im in gymnastics too!!

I agree..Try to keep the legs down and since I think you can do that I mean your body is built you should get that layout prety well..
