why do people compare skrillex and deadmau5? even though deadmau5 got into a little of dubstep now... the style is totally different and skrillex is more of a mixture of electro and dubstep. it isn't some boring ass wobbles and bassline but gives off more energy and i think it's way better than traditional dub.

someone once commented deadmau5 to make more skrillex type music and he said he'll leave that to skrillex.

they're different styles of music... they don't need to be compared.

Not to say that Skrillex wouldn't have made it on his own.. But I'm sick of hearing people say "deadmau5 sucks" - Because they are both legendary producers.

@hakametal glad wer seein sumwhat eye to eye, i also agree that aloot of skrillex is far too aggressive for a lot of people(ilove the rage noise but at the same time loove downtempo emotional melodies)..this is why Bassnectar is straight up my savior, he blends that loud bassnoise with a powerfully epic emotional tone. but i have friends that are allllll about house/steadybeat, which i HATE, electronic has the MOST potential but that repetitive "hammer'nail" beat completley limits its creativity
