I found it. It is called The Lost Island of The Dinosaurs. Unfortunately all the videos of the movie I ran through the search engine resulted in the full film but it had a foreign language recording running over the English dialogue effectively ruining the film for me. I just want it in English without the stupid Russian voice recordings being ran over the English voices. It ruins the quality of the movie.
