The best thing you could do for him is exercise him in water... keep the running to a minimum! This is heart breaking! Swimming is great for them! Dakhota LOVES to swim it is a blast to watch him in the spring. As the creek behind our house swells the current increases until he is suspending in swimming motion when going up stream. Yes it looks to me from the video...that his hips arent letting his back legs move freely...get him checked out as soon as possible. And the best of luck with your GSD :-)

most likely his got Hip dysplasia because my dog used to run like that and we found out he has Hip dysplasia

Yes it looks to me from the video...that his hips arent letting his back legs move freely...get him checked out as soon as possible. And the best of luck with your GSD :-)
