I was wondering with daily exercise of resistance training and interval training for about 5-6 hours…is it possible to lose a lot of weight fast? What‘s your advice for fast weight loss.
Dude, if you want anyone to listen to you then at least do the exercise properly. Don't EVER do what this dude did with legs, jumping like that, even if it's not so much, you can end up hurting your back big time.
Good exercises, just do them properly to avoid injury.

here's another shoulder workout i got from a good friend of mine. you take about the same weight that you can do a bicep curl, whether for the width or the height. keep your arm straight, and move you shoulder in a circular motion for about 20-30 reps on each arm.
great exercises for the back and shoulder, will add one of each to my workout this week
