Thanks Jyoti for posting this video. This is first Gujarati recepie I have seen w/o excess oil, sugar/ jaggary. My Gujju recipe idea was every vege cooked till mashed up and spiced up w/ sugar salt n little chilli (I got it form lunch box of my Gujarati classmate. But this Avil is very healthy, nutritious n tasty. I will definately try it this way.
