Lol, as a producer this beat is actually really good. It's your prime example of a simple standard 4/4 beat stripped down to southern, poppy basics. It's repetitive but it ends up being catchy and a total banger. Not to mention Lil Wayne spits pretty hard on this track (minus the stupid "shy bitch" line). It's a shame most DOOM fans pride themselves too much to listen more deeply to Lil Wayne than his singles, because from 2005-2007(2008 imo) he was one of the best of the genre.
