  • Ghee is better than butter because it has all the protein removed, and it's pure fat. It's very easy to make. Just put butter in a saucepan on low heat and whenever the white crust comes up, remove it with a slotted spoon, until nothing remains. Pour the golden liquid in a jar, taking care not to take any crust remaining at the bottom. It keeps outside the fridge. On warm days it will be liquid and on cold days semi-solid. It has a delicious smell. Very fattening!

  • @TheDavidfinau Ghee is clarified butter, regular salted butter is a good substitute for ghee. Ghee is an Indian word for clarified butter...
