@laxm0nkey Find 3, 5, or 7 guys (depending on what format and including yourself) and play paintball. Play in local tournies and go from there. Start out small and build up from there. And playing is practive and more practice makes you better.

@Sam21Super defensive? are you playing woodsball. because thats the only game i would play a defensive role. if you play defensive and stay back the other team is gonna move up and choke you in and pretty much choke you from both sides ending up in easy kills for them.

@Sam21Super Theres no benifit, it's if you really love the sport, and like to be on a team, so DO IT! But you should have money for it, Paintball can be very expensive

ok when you play how would you deal with the pain is there anything under the jerseys or something because i can't deal with alot of pain i want to play paintball but with my stryker cybrid the paintballs are all over the place and it scares me i new to paintball so if the paintballs are in a straight line i would be fine...how would you stop the pain from the paintballs but still have the jerseys on.

there is some realy nice valken gel padding that will basicly take away the pain...but sooner or later you are goin to have to get use to getting shot point blank. in the nuts. on the head. in the neck. its part of the game. however if you play woods. it will not hurt because you are getting shot from far away. its like getting hit by a paintball ur friend throws....but how to conquer ur fear is simple....get shot with a gun with low velocity and slowly raise it till u feel for it.

all of them.. just adjust the velocity on any gun..make it shoot like a nerf gun..then slowly raise every shot to normal paintball gun speed
