Your texturepack causes crashes with Optifine for 1.1.

Also the terrain.png says "You do not have permission to modify or copy these textures for any purpose." I'm sorry, but that means it can't even be used. In order to use the texture pack in Minecraft, the game has to make a copy of the pack in both RAM and Video RAM, that's two copies.

As for modify, if I changed it for my own use, you don't have the right to tell me that I can't if I'm not distributing my changes. Just FYI.
