  • This didn't really help ME, but i know it will and has helped others. I'm hoping you make a tutorial about spawning I haven't quite got that completely down, I'm like 10% or less done with knowing spawning. And I don't know if i know all the things you can do with scripts., so i hope you will make a video about a scripting type/form that I go, "Oh, I didn't know you could do that." but i'm pretty sure I know all the types and just need help with spawning.

    But i have a question, do you know which sintax it understand?

    I cant do complex calculations, can you? like {var1 / ((var2*var2)+1)} i just cant make three operations at once, any tip? Thx!

    {1 + 1 + 1}cant, {1 +(2*3)}can, {(1+1)+(1+1)}cant

  • @TheJimcat you have to make sure it understands the order and to press enter/backspace hope it helps

    Remember to just press enter once, on some computers, if the scipt that you have typed is auto spaceing it means that the console confirms that it understand the order. To add a box, just type box(not sqare) instead of circle

  • I tried to build a simple timer by changing the cutom variable on collision. I made a heavy circle and glued a light box to it. Then I created a heavy box that was hit on every rotation. I used another box as display. From then on I followed your description but the text did not change.

    e.this.collideSet = 1-7

    1 is a and so on

  • @300istilmig well it is 1=a 2=b 4=c 8=d 16=e 32=f 64=g and then to make something have collideset abe it would be like 1+2+16=19 (haven´t tried using more than one collideset change scripts yet haven´t needed it :P )

  • Awesome, this helped me a lot. I've done programming before, its just thyme was tripping me out. This helped a lot.

  • well you click the object, go to material menu, click ON the number (in the restitution section, it probably says 0.500) hit backspace till its all gone and type in 10,000 or some other number thats REALLY high.

    example:

    a bullet of a certain color can only hit target A no other color can give points oncollide
