actually they had bloody versions planned for both US and europe, but they decied to give europe the censored version ,which was released in japan, instead. its such a pain in the ass, we get a bunch of black pixels that look like flies, whereas USA get a load of blood :( im glad the second one is being released in two versions

Not everyone in America is crazy about blood and gore - I can do just as well with or without it in video games, to be honest. Plus, I'm far from alone in my statements.

@superhypercj It was only done to prevent an AO rating in the PS3 port of NMH. Apparently they're adding a Very Sweet mode with alternate costumes for the female characters, as well as a few extras, and without censoring the violence in that version it'd get an AO rating, which usually kills sales.
