I enjoy Nicholas Sparks' books. He is a wonderful author. I have never seen an interview with him before. He is completely different than what I imagined him to be. I pictured him to me masculine and suave. He seems ADHD and what is the deal with his run on sentences? God Bless him though, and his talent.

Wow, I had no idea that Nicholas Sparks was so cocky. He's essentially claiming that he's a step above other authors simply because he writes romance novels. That really rubs me the wrong way.

i liked the book better, although the movie was not a let-down. the movie is actually very similar to the book, i was surprised. but the book gives more in-depth details about the relationship between Adrienne & Paul
