Yes that's exactly when he stopped. I only started taping these shortly before that episode. I have one more on VHS somewhere that I may find one day but who knows.

i love this segment!! i miss it too!! do they still do will it float? i havent watched letterman in a while but my dad and i used to watch dr phils words of wisdom and we were trippin out!! my fav about this one is the awkward silence after he says "goony bird". lol!!
