Don't overestimate Autotune. It doesn't make a bad singer good. It only helps perfectioning a good singers overall pitch and as with all good things too much of the cake can cause a stomach ache.

I know the past produced many great voices only because you couldn't have tune your voice on your pc

Having talent is on thing -you also have to nurture it, factors are the voice itself, not only what you can do with it and articulation.

Also they will slap autotune on your voice anyway cause this is the "pro standard" these days

I don't listen to Beyonce but she pops in my mind as a person with talent under 30 =)

You can hear it clearly at 0:40 - 0:45

It may not be exactly Auto tune but some kind of pitch correction software/hardware.

I know every recording is polished up - singers from the 80s and early 90s didn't have that technology (good riddance), people like the dude singing here couldn't get big to save their life. Even with all the technology behind him he can't get the range and the power

Today - using pitch correction is a standard, music became all about sells and the older generation, that was at least a little bit about music is dying out :(
