It's just funny because nowadays, books frequently use language like "hell" and "damn" and I can remember not seeing that sort of stuff until I was a teen. We weren't allowed to say "Oh my God" when I was kid but now it's just a common thing for me to say and I generally swear like a trucker. I slip sometimes when I'm around kids so I try hard to be aware of it.
