In 1831 a young girl snuck out late at night, long after her parents had put her to bed. The young girl that had died 2 years ago had been tortured, than stabbed many times on her torso. Her accent is... rubbish? Got to love actors, standing around talking about stuff as if it was important. "I'm doing REAL work! About gritty working class people killing each other! So what if I was only cast because of my looks and can't get down one of the easiest accents in the world?!"

unless you've done theatre, spent time rehearsing a role, done research on said character, and pretty much become it yourself and make it believable, i would suggest one not knock an actor! It amazes me how some people think that acting is "blah" Acting is just as hard as any other job its just MORE FUN to do! Actors LOVE their job, I can't say the same for everyone else. That is what seperates and actor from the common worker.
And yes, I am an actor/techie...in theatre and film :)

I'm not an actress (AT ALL)
but I do agree with what you explained above (Acting is just as hard as any other job)
It's not an easy job...you must be gifted to be able to act (really..)

"Her accent is rubbish"? Surely you can't mean Elaine Cassidy's, can you? And which accent would that be, Irish? Are you joking, or just incredibly thick? She *is* Irish, you dumb sod, how can she possibly not get that accent right? I realize you're a comedian, so I'll take your comment as an attempt at being amusing... but really, you should think about doing something else, because you're really not very funny at all. The hell with your personality disorder, too.

Elaine Cassidy is a very talented actress!!! I loved her very much in Fingersmith. I do theatre in France... I wish one day I could play with her in England!!!
