@swaapo Haha yes I know, had it as a MP3 file! I would definitely remake this video, but no longer have these as they were returned and no retailer near me carries them anymore.
@swaapo Yes they were, unfortunately unexpected money troubles forced me to return them, and therefore after Sale prices never came back and eventually product was not sold in stores anymore. Then I settled with a pair of Polk RTi4s which were much less and performed better, although not that sleek and new in looks and design still very satisfied with them.
I have exactly the same speakers and I noticed that they don't need to be played loud to reproduce great full and rich sound. Turning them up provides louder bass, and slightly sharper treble but the same goes for the rest of the frequency range so it produces the same sound, but louder. Something that only a truly good set of speakers can execute.
@TypicalB18 I'm getting these very soon. but i have no idea how al the wires work. I've got a Cambridge Audio amp but i have no idea how to connect them. Any specific wires.
@xKriZ765x Nice! Well in the box you'll get 4 jumpers and the pretty much they are all color coordinated. Just plug those in from the top to bottom if unclear the manual will show you how. After that just connect your usual speaker wire in, I forgot if they're suppose to go to the bottom or top but usually I always go for the bottom. The manual will also show how too. I they're aren't really and special wires needed, it just a different style from regular speakers.
@xKriZ765x Haha well Bi-Wire is a special wire that connects to both terminals and powers the Tweeter & Woofer with more power & Bi-Amp is using a Amp for one speaker so total 2 amps since two speakers, but that takes a lot of money so just stick with the jumpers that they come with and use the usual speaker wire and they'll still sound excellent!!!
nice speakers man! sad that u moved from polk! =/ but still good speakers i have the lsi9's shipping i have a video of the a'3s on stands wit a sub wil post soon and once iget my 9's will post to! =] for a 15yr old like me im coming a long way!! work does pay of!!
@northsideplayer31 Thanks! I've seen the Lsi 9's before they're beautiful but have a very high price. I saw your video they look pretty nice. Would love to see your Lsi 9's soon. You're doing a pretty good job keep going! I might return these iQ10 though since I don't have much need for them. I believe you've seen my RM7300's been trying to let them go but unsure. Well hope to see your next video soon!
@TypicalB18 i actually posted 2 old videos!! ha and u kan probly get a good bukk for does speakers and u kan let go of ur polk's set and get u something better if u kant afford polk rtia or lsi's go for there new TL series little and glossy nice touch and pretty affordable at 300-400 the whole 5 speakers get u a decent sub and a nice reciver like onkyo txnr708 or pioneer vsx 1120/vsx 32..all total would be around 1000 but 10x better than wut u got now/al u gotta do is save!!and build slowly!
@northsideplayer31 Yeah. Well these KEF's I had actually just returned them. So I am back to the Polk's. I am pretty much gonna stay like this for a while since money is a bit low. I might let go the RM7300 though. The TL's seem to look a bit weird to me but eventually I'll get used to seeing them. But idk I guess I'll have to see what goes on in the future.
@TypicalB18 really the tls look wierd to u?! i think they look awsome! =] but thts just my opinion! and yeh man jus save up its gone hurt to spend but gona be wel worth it!! u looking in to stay wit satalie speakers or bookshelfs/floorstanders?!
@northsideplayer31 heh heh maybe they're just new to me, but I yeah I gotta get a job soon hopefully and I'll see what's next. I'm not sure what I'm going to stay with maybe with both kinds depending for what room I guess.
@TypicalB18 yeh u shuld get a job and build from there i started working at 14 and started my journey at 15 witch was this june my first system was a sony hometheater in a box! ha then my moms old speakers and old reciever than thats wen i started odditioning higher end speakers and now im at the highest from polk! =D it took 4-5 months to get wut i have but man is it worth it! =] im a happy camper
@northsideplayer31 Cool. I just picked up from my dad's old stuff like Klipsch, JBL, & some others then I started to get into this stuff and now I pretty much go for anything with a reasonable price. My first one was a JBL speaker system that acted like a out of the box home theater but it could go both ways. I would put a video be it has been long sold. Well I'll see what I can find and see where I can build up at.
want to ask, is this made in UK or China? Nowadays, most KEF speakers are made in China is it?
ezzydamvp 2 months ago
@ezzydamvp Yes as far as I remember these were Made In China, if UK probably more in the higher end series.

@xKriZ765x Also if you plan to Bi Wire or Bi Amp you don't need the jumpers that it comes with. I believe the manual will show that too.
