If they really do care about their own child, they would of looked after her and this would not of happened. @ProfessorDanny You are obviously not a parent, if you actually read up about the story, the mother was hanging out washing with her other child, and the daughter slipped out onto the road. It only takes a miniscule amount of time for such tragedy to hit. I don't think the mother is to blame. This shit has been happening in China forever. Such a sad story...

@jcscmc You are right; I am not a parent, but I'm living with my dad with a 2 year old baby. My dad and her wife is always keeping an eye on the baby. Because not only they know damn well tragedy like this can happen to their little baby aswell, they know babies at this age are very active (because they can walk and run now :P ). So they're doing things to avoid such a tragedy like this from happening. But it doesn't seems to me that the parents know how to look after a child in my opinion...
