  • @niclovin89302 Tanks!! Yes, it is stock motor. Holley Model 4150 / Edelbrock 2101-Performer / Accel 59107C / MSD 6A .....

  • You're welcome man, totally. Full size Blazers are second to none in my book for wheeling rigs.

  • wow that is one clean K5. nice job it looks brand new, so now its bout time to get a little mud on the tire lol

  • Thank you!

I cleaned the chassis and painted it.

I run only on the paved road......orz

  • Nice job !!!!!!

  • Thanks!!!!!!

  • I built a S.B. 350 using a Comp Extreme energy 4x4 cam, and what a major improvement. A street grind cam does no justice for a 4x4 truck. Nice job on the Blazer.

  • Thank you!

    for example......

would you teach the detailed part number?

  • Your engine sounds basically stock, have you made any other improvements? If you plan to stay close to stock, then I would recommend Comp cams 12-231-2. You could go on the web site and view the cam specifications. It's always a good idea to match the valve springs with the cam, so you will have to do some cylinder head work.

  • Thank you!!!!!!!

    Very helpful!!

    Current Specifications:

    Holley 4150 Carb 600cfm(4776c), Edelblock intake(2101), Hooker headers(2453HKR),Accel Distributors(59107c),MAD6A....

Probably the current torque peak is 1.600~2.000rpm.

    I am unsatisfactory.....

  • You are at a good starting point with what you have already. If more torque is what you seek, than I would suggest a Comp cams 12-239-3, which should get you better performance. With this cam you should run a stall converter 1300 - 1600 RPM, and match the valve springs with the cam. Also for a little added punch, you could have the cylinder heads resurfaced for more compression.

  • Thank you!!

I make it a future problem!

    addition details:

    converter is normal now.

    *Transmission is 700r4.

    *Finals ratio is 4.56.

    *Tire is 36 inches.

  • Sounds good. You should get like a comp 268 cam for it =P

  • Thank you!!

    I have little knowledge.

    Selection of camshaft is difficult....

  • Well the problem with aftermarket camshafts is that you have to match everything up, meaning depending on how aggressive the cam is, you will have to mess with compression which means you will have to run higher octane fuel. The cam i told you about isn't aggressive and offers a choppy idle.

  • I am poor at English.

I take time to understand English....

    The cam is original naw.

    I want more torque.

Is there the detailed part number of the cam to recommend?

  • damn that thing is clean! Beautiful!

  • Thank you!!

  • Thank you!!

  • nice truck

  • It is 50 Series Delta Flow Mufflers.(#942451)

If this answer is different from question contents, I am disappointed.

    I cannot understand a question.

    I am poor at English.

  • whats the diff between 50 & 40 series mufflers?
