@HenryDuncan, I don't know why drifting would create that kind of tire shake. Tire shake would imply that the tire is under steering, and in that drift the tire was counter steering almost perfectly.
@adriantorres89135 I disagree....while the drift was good the angle of the steering was straight just about almost as if the whole car was in a sideways drift...more or less i think its just the tire shakin...this light of a car your gonna have that i would imagine.
@Dakoder That is untrue. The weight of the car has a large effect on drag. I have seen 1,500 lb track cars that keep a good line with little angle. The lighter the car the less tire shake and wobble the wheel should have. The less weight the less resitance the wheel has to drag and create that wobble. The more weight the more wobble it has, thats the issue i have when drifting my mercedes. If the wheels are unproparly inflated this can create the same issue which is called understeer.
They need to reinforce the front axle. 0:51-0:57 that wobble is horrible in the front wheel, and will end up breaking the bearing and the arm. Just saying.
I too noticed the tire shake and wobble. Perhaps too much damping in the strut or too short a tower forcing understeer to be absorbed by the tires. Not good for a car with such high regard by the Motor Trends and C&D testers.

I begged to differ, WRX is nothing but handling performance . My 06 tr and my new 2011 is a wet dream in the twistys that would hurt the feelings of of most cars out there. The Tr is not to be underestimated in the 1/4
And yes its been modified The vex is a beautiful looking car and its the like of awd and a turbo that might sway me from wanting to get 1 unless I turbo it out and start drifting for a livingin lol
@ok73160@ok73160 technically, the WRX's handing is lackluster, but it has massive grip, so it muscles through the turns. About $1000 later in suspension mods, however, and it's both. I can't wait to see what they do with the 2014 WRX (and STI). A lighter chassis coupled with the new FA engine will be amazing. Hopefully they make it a coupe, otherwise they'll lose many people looking for practical power (where the WRX truly shines).
The new Supra 2013 will be release after Scion FR-S. The Supra will cost $30k plus but it will be well worth it in every aspects. A kind of vehicle you can keep for 10 years and pass it down to your kids. The new FR-S stands for " Freaking Retarded-Scion " which is ugly as hell and with a ridiculous price tag of $25K plus. You monkeys will be stuck with the finance loan in 2013 while I pass you by with the all new SUPRA, hahahahahahha....

because AWD has no handling advantages in the dry, it all comes down to tyres, suspension set up, center of gravity and weight.
also the subaru awd system drains power and adds weight. Their new cars arent fun to drive and the manual gearbox is terrible
