I saw similar lights in Melbourne near my house in the suburbs but three bright red lights one was far to the left and another two that were closer together looked spread over a big distance and was pretty close to the ground comparing with the moon and stars i used as a reference they just faded in and out the one on the left would dim out first then the 2 on the right would light up after and pause for 2-3 seconds then start again i dazed for about 10 mins before deciding to head back home.
it may be the reflection of his router/modem on the window he if fimling through. I think he is using a tripod to keep the camera that steady so long. at the end he just walks over and flicks the modem off and it appears to fade away. just my opinion.
Facts.
No one else has come forth and claimed to have seen it. even tho it was over a densely populated suburb. He only claims his friends were there.
- the 2nd "day time" video could be anything/anywhere. its too blury. and is not a confirmation.
@Yogsoggeth I agree, you hear something click and turn off the exact same moment. Don't buy into this one at all unless we had heaps of witnesses. The only ones that are legit are the 3 orb triangular formation ufos.

my betsfriend and her family built a house up in the bush in mayfeild, up a 2km road that they call their dirveway.
people walked up to where the lights were seen and discovered i twas the floodlights at my bestfriends house. becasue the have big industrail ones.
i thoguht it was pretty funny when she told me. :P
