God Bless your daughter, My son was born on August 10th,2009 with Critical Aortic Stenosis , along with some mild mitral valve issues. He had the balloon done at 1 day old. And we are going back for another cath and another valvuplasty this thursday...im nervous , but his Dr.'s are wonderful. Eventually he will need valve replacement. Hopefully thats far away. But your daughter is absolutley beautiful , and my husband and I certainly understand what you went through and will go through...
Well done Sophie your a little fighter. ! Louis had Critical Aortic Stenosis, and had the Ross Procedure at 1 week old as the Ballon Catheter wouldnt have worked. Since then he has had two Cardiac Catheters and is now on the list for pulmonary valve replacement, we are just waiting for the call. Has Sophie got anymore surgeries ??? she looks so well bless her.
