It's 2 sides of the same coin, but oh so different. I personally prefer Marvel because I think superheroes are best when they are, or were, normal people.

DC have Aquaman, Darkwing, Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Flash, Wonderwoman, and a shit ton of spin off superheros like Batgirl, Superboy, ect. Arguably Darkwing is a spinoff in himself because his real identity is Dick Grayson, the original Robin.
DC vs Marvel would be awsome (hopefully), and I think that a lot of fans would enjoy seeing it, but I don't think the concept would be mainstream enough to make a movie out of. It's probablly better suited to a comic book crossover.

To be honest, I didn't really like 3 all that much. I think that sandman should have been more vocal when he was fighting like the GG and Doc Ock were. Both villians were handled more like monsters than human oppenents when the were fighting. I did like some scenes though, like the first fight between New Gob and the fight between Sandman and Spidey in the subway... generally fight scenes were the highlight of the movie, but story let them down.

@myles1890 Wolverine would tire him out and then kill him. Spiderman can't put out the kind of damage that would take to stop wolverine. The hulk can't even kill him. Only slow him down. Clearly your statment wasn't very well thought out!

Spider-Man has had to endure more hardship than any other hero...He's fueled of guilt and responsiblity...I wouldn't say he always suceeds, though.

Okay, I'll accept that. Personally for me, it's:
Spider-man 2 > Spider-man 3 > Spider-man 1
That doesn't mean I hate 1, or 3. It's more of a matter of great, better, and best.

To be honest, I didn't really like 3 all that much. I think that sandman should have been more vocal when he was fighting like the GG and Doc Ock were. Both villians were handled more like monsters than human oppenents when the were fighting. I did like some scenes though, like the first fight between New Gob and the fight between Sandman and Spidey in the subway... generally fight scenes were the highlight of the movie, but story let them down.
