Basically you need to widen the rear track and move all suspension points outwards, about 75-100mm on each side. Then the V6 and the bigger gearbox will slide in :)
Bother, that is a bit more than I'd want or be able to do... If the engine had fitted inside the chassis rails I would have been keen, but chopping the rails and moving the suspension is too much for me.
Still it is marvellous to see your project running... best wishes with the finishing touches.

Wonderful, wonderful engine noise and in a car I love. Great to see this project running, congratulations.
I've thought of doing this myself, but still a long way from getting off the drawing board! I've got 1000 questions, but will ask only:
I know the front bulkhead needs remodelling, but does the V6 and gearbox fit without cutting the side chassis rail(s)?
How's the car coping with the extra power... still beautifully balanced, or more twitchy?
