umm, i would never let this woman touch my clothes. Her mannerisms come off as a lazy person who has found ways to shortcut her way through work. After watching her videos, she has ready-made excuses before complaints are even made, and she shares them with the audience. She seems low energy and less than enthusiastic about the importance of the work she does. Please remove her as an expert. She is what's wrong with the American service industry (and the northeast).
