Those guys are borgia messagers... im pretty sure there are also pickpockets which pickpocket you and then you have to chase him down for your money back. BTW 19:38 Throwing knife fail....

@egoleech unless they are guards, 10 people is too much. max is 2 and you have to wait a lot to do it again. if you kill three you get deshynched
