hi.what everything is necessary change on the electronics if i want to replace main rotor head like you with HK 4 blade main rotor head?

Really nice question...that iswhat yoiu need:

4S ( 14,8 volts) 2200 mhA Battery

2500 KV's motor with 12 teeth pinion

50 Amper Speed capable uf use up to 4 cells ( 14,8 volts)

i already bought Align flybarless electronics.it is 3g system.with original motor will not work or only fly time will drop down?

I had many problems with the Align 450 motors in this helis, not only short flight time but lack of power to.

The heli on this video is not electronic stabilized at all, has 50 Amper speed and Turnigy 3000 KV's motor, with 2500 KV's improve a lot ( and 4S battery of course)

my heli is KDS 450...no Align.with Align you are paying for brand of course.when you replace original pinion gear its also necessary replace main gear?

Hi Krumrick, What changes did you do to the HK head. I assume it is on the follower which has a lot of imprecision.I own one on an EC 135, with plastic weighted blades and the follower is not at the high of the rest of the head.

Hello,

The changes are: loose a bit the blade grips to imitate the "articulated" effect, this help in stability.

I adjusted the follower to, like yours very imprecise.

The blades form Heli Artist with 4 grams of lead in the tips, this is the most important modification.

The plastic blades I don't like it, to heavy, almost twice of the Heli Artist ones.

@krumrick2 Thanks for the answer. I thought that, without 3 axis gyro, the rigid blades on a rigid head would not be ok. You proved the contrary. Maybe it is the the unscrewing of the blades holders who made the difference.
