Just Amazing. No other words to describe this movie. It's so deep,so motional and Johnny Depp have done a fantastic job! He was only 20 and he was incredible! He's such s great actor. I've watched it about 10 times and I cried every time. It's definitely my favourite movie!

The only example of such sequel-abuse that pops into my head right now is that of "Casino Royale". IT WAS TERRIBLE. The sequel basically had no plot, and nothing- not even the what little of special effects it had- could save it!

When I first watched this film and saw Edward's shadow I was scared but then when I saw his face, I just fell in love with him and felt so sorry for him that I started crying. I cried another 12 times and as soon as I met Edward I just knew that this was going to be my favourite film.

Edward Scissorhands. Ah. This will always have a special place in my heart. First Burton/Depp film I saw. Knew nothing about Depp but thought he was absolutely perfect for the role. Blonde Winona threw me off though. I love the score, the mood, the weirdness. My introduction to Burton's world. I love everything Burton does. His imagination, his designs. Goth yet fun. So happy that Burton is showing his stuff here in Melbourne until October this year. I'm planning to go and visit soon.

watching this movie is so surreal for me, i live about half an hour away from where the movie was filmed, and the homes are EXACTLY like my childhood home in suburban florida. its so weird watching it, like having edward appear in my old living room, (which would be awesome).

my research that i just did says that he is a artificial person, and if i still remember, the inventor made him with body parts im not sure but i think if i still remember, and he has scissors for hands because the inventor first gave him scissors for hands while he is still working for his hands but before he even gave the hands to him the inventor died :( this movie is one of my personal favorites and if you did not watch it i highly suggest you to watch it!!!!:)

His scissors may look scary but his eyes make you feel safe around him because their so soft and big. Also, the part I found the saddest is when the inventor showed him the hands and he died and Edward cut the hands. He couldnt pout them on so thats was emotional for me.... I LOVE U EDWARD!

best movie ever. i deeply fall in love with johnny depp. and it was so sad that in year 1992, depp and winona ryder were decided to split up after they long term relationship. for me; depp will always fall in love with ryder forever and ever.

Tim burton's stuff and some other horror things are what gave me my Love for the dark aspects in life :) it just makes me happy :) But as a kid I guess I have always been attracted to the darker things in like. I mean horror movies scare me but for some reason I like it! its like my creepy obsession....lol

I saw this film when i was 6 or 7, i remember having terrible nightmares of him for months, if i saw his picture in a magazine or something id get a shiver up my spine, it took me 10 years to watch the film properly since I saw it first, it's some crazy psychological s*** i suppose, as I've grown older Iv grown fascinated by it though. Fair Play Mr.Burton you sure know how to creep people out!!

yep I think its something psychological cos I know its only a movie, and I know I've watched tons of Horror movies through the years and never got freaked out by any of them and yet if I was was flicking through tv channels and suddenly saw his image I'd get a rush of fear through me....Its crazy I know, but at the age I'm at now, I'm just curious about it. What happened to you anyways?

i was watching spongebob, and it was on hbo, so i went to hbo, not knowing it was on, and it was a scene where he stabbed some kid and threw him out the window and tht jus tramatized me.

Yeah that makes sense....the part when the Avon lady finds him in the attic,the image of him coming out of the shadows creeps me out, the more I think about it the more i think that I was simply too young when I saw the film first. so would you actually watch the movie now? or would that be too much?
