@HitomiSusuki1 I think the saiyans aren't REALLY gone, if I recall correctly most humans by the time that DBO is set in have at least some saiyan in them. So while pureblooded saiyans don't exist anymore partals are apparently everywhere.

You don't have to be a pure blooded saiyan to go super saiyan, just have saiyan blood. In BDO all humans have a little bit of saiyan blood. The wishing part is just a tool to make things interesting.
