What I am doing in this video is a form of contact poi. It encompasses all the moves that involve not swinging the poi in the normal sense. Things like wibbles, propellors, stands, and traps fall under this catagory of poi spinning.
Wow, man you spin a lot, this is so bizarre, I love it I do a lot of throws so I have weighted handles, I just never tried stuff like this cause you cant really do it on fire, some you could do, but really really nice moves.
