when it drops to the march lows more will pile in all their money thinkin they are going to get fast easy cash ,thinkin its payday, and then they will lose the lot ,as march lows get taken out .
thats why they run this up non-stop , they play with human emotions .

Welcome back BW... Couple plays for your own due diligence... Look at ADEP, nothing like replacing humans with automation in the jobless recovery. I can see adep hanging in there even in a downturn. OWVI... nothing like a penny stock that taps into virtual bank accounts. I own both. Check it out.
they are going to LOOSEN LENDING for home buyers in FL. how much nuttier can it get. its actually making me a bit crazy. 125% mortgages and all this extend and pretend. wouldnt suprise me if honest people stop paying their mortgage so they can get a piece of the principal reduction cake. THIS IS INSANE. its like if house prices drop another $1.00 the world will end :) in CANADA 1in5 families cut back the quality of food to make the house payment.
