@MarsBar2012 It was just too short and perfectly oval to be a contrail. At one point there does appear to be a light that blinks on and the object is clearly moving at the end of the footage. We just don't know whats in the sky at first glance. This strange phenomenon is seen all over by many different kinds of people
@clriales Also to remember is the fact Venus would not look like this. I have filmed Venus and, number one it's not visible in daylight and this object I filmed was in fact moving as seen towards the end of the video. People seem to dismiss that because they are afraid there's anything else in the sky other then the planet Venus. When proof is everywhere and was just filmed in Atlanta also.

the secound interesting factor that is happening in your video is what is called ring diffraction it is caled by slightly out of focus light. we use it to set the mirrors in telescopes. now the reason the cressent is important, the way that diffraction works is it creates a opposit image so the "u" like image that your seeing is two cressents turned in opposit directions. but as i said before dont be dismayed keep looking up i do. they are out there. i wis you happy hunting.

People who are avid skywatchers know what is normal in the sky and what is not. I am not out to convince anyone of anything. IMO It's going down slowly because A either the moon or B something natural. It's probably the moon as seen through the hazy atmosphere, and the zoom lens of the camera. The UFO (it's still identified and flying) has a horseshoe effect on it. I'm just saying that's what i think. It's still sweet as hell to look at! I'd title this Horseshoe UFO! Nice vid!

hi ! I've looked at it closely & it's without a doubt a portal of some sort ! i've a program & I cleared it up a bit & you can clearly see the engery lines surrounding the anomaly ! Also there seems to be a very small square to the left of the subject ! good catch ! TC !
@73roadrunner1 Thanks! It was pointed out to me by others that there is a light source that may be flashing on and off near the bottom of it. Also that there appears to be a UFO at 2:07 in the upper right hand corner that I missed during filming. Its hard to see details through a side viewfinder.

Hi there. I have a facebook friend who works in a Chinese lantern (etc) shop and she insists this is one of those lanterns. I don't know myself if it is or isn't, but she says even the light at the base indicates this and says she can see the metal frame. Might be worth considering? I've looked at pics of them and can't see that it resembles these puctures but, doesn'\t mean to say it isn't a lantern (and my eyesight isn't the best!) Peace. Smith x
@greencatmusic Hi, I'm not thinking lanterns myself. Take a look at where the sun is setting. There are hundreds of videos on here that show how the sun setting will make the contrail of aircraft glow. This is the only time the sun can actually shine on the bottom of the aircraft and its contrail. The trail is not long behind the craft because of the temperature of the air. Still a cool video non the less. Peace
@Petey0707 yes, they do, that's whole idea of them. If you go to the UFO web sites the first thing they say is check it's not a Chinese lantern. They go on the wind with a metal frame and a lit flame underneath.
@greencatmusic It was extremely windy as you can hear. A chinese lantern would be blowing all over the place. This was too stable. This was not a chinese lantern. Looks nothing one, I have filmed those and know what they look like.
@Spore0011 No, it appeared to be decending. When I went back to my original place where I was first filming it was gone. I drove for about 10 minutes trying to get closer but theres alot of trees obstructing the horizon line and I lost sight of it. It got dark and it was completely gone.

I think here was another anomoly up on the right over the lights at 2.07 sort of cigar shaped white thing which might be a jet and trail but does not look as if it is a jet to me? Anyway this object you have captured has been seen all over the world. It's very distnctive with it's almost magnet shape and as you say, the gap in between the 'arms'. Fascinating. If this was taped in November then it cannot be Venus. Venus would be below the western horizon and not visible.

the secound interesting factor that is happening in your video is what is called ring diffraction it is caled by slightly out of focus light. we use it to set the mirrors in telescopes. now the reason the cressent is important, the way that diffraction works is it creates a opposit image so the "u" like image that your seeing is two cressents turned in opposit directions. but as i said before dont be dismayed keep looking up i do. they are out there. i wis you happy hunting.

People who are avid skywatchers know what is normal in the sky and what is not. I am not out to convince anyone of anything. @Peltris A winged planet? No, this was not a planet or a star. No, not a trick of light. I was not filming in nightvision. The traffic lights at the end of the video show normal. My camcorder's optics and lens are fine. Thanks for posting.

IMO It's going down slowly because A either the moon or B something natural. It's probably the moon as seen through the hazy atmosphere, and the zoom lens of the camera. The UFO (it's still identified and flying) has a horseshoe effect on it. I'm just saying that's what i think. It's still sweet as hell to look at! I'd title this Horseshoe UFO! Nice vid!

hi ! I've looked at it closely & it's without a doubt a portal of some sort ! i've a program & I cleared it up a bit & you can clearly see the engery lines surrounding the anomaly ! Also there seems to be a very small square to the left of the subject ! good catch ! TC !

@73roadrunner1 Thanks! It was pointed out to me by others that there is a light source that may be flashing on and off near the bottom of it. Also that there appears to be a UFO at 2:07 in the upper right hand corner that I missed during filming. Its hard to see details through a side viewfinder.

i saw something similar but i couldn't see any details from this "thing" it was at 6:15 am, and im living in mexico city, i saw with my brother something like a star but now days, its not dark anymore at 6 am, so it was weir dto see this kind of star in that hour, plus it was bigger than any star that i ever saw, so i don't really know what i saw...

Great catch! These crescent shaped flying wings of fire are appearing all over the globe & nobody from any govt is saying a word. IMO they know about these & what they are but cant do a thing about it. Looks like we're in for one hell of a show in the coming months.

Hi there. I have a facebook friend who works in a Chinese lantern (etc) shop and she insists this is one of those lanterns. I don't know myself if it is or isn't, but she says even the light at the base indicates this and says she can see the metal frame. Might be worth considering? I've looked at pics of them and can't see that it resembles these puctures but, doesn'\t mean to say it isn't a lantern (and my eyesight isn't the best!) Peace. Smith x

@greencatmusic Hi, I'm not thinking lanterns myself. Take a look at where the sun is setting. There are hundreds of videos on here that show how the sun setting will make the contrail of aircraft glow. This is the only time the sun can actually shine on the bottom of the aircraft and its contrail. The trail is not long behind the craft because of the temperature of the air. Still a cool video non the less. Peace

@Petey0707 yes, they do, that's whole idea of them. If you go to the UFO web sites the first thing they say is check it's not a Chinese lantern. They go on the wind with a metal frame and a lit flame underneath.

@greencatmusic It was extremely windy as you can hear. A chinese lantern would be blowing all over the place. This was too stable. This was not a chinese lantern. Looks nothing one, I have filmed those and know what they look like.

@Spore0011 No, it appeared to be decending. When I went back to my original place where I was first filming it was gone. I drove for about 10 minutes trying to get closer but theres alot of trees obstructing the horizon line and I lost sight of it. It got dark and it was completely gone.

I don't know what it is either. You did a great job of catching it. Well done. I think here was another anomoly up on the right over the lights at 2.07 sort of cigar shaped white thing which might be a jet and trail but does not look as if it is a jet to me? Anyway this object you have captured has been seen all over the world. It's very distnctive with it's almost magnet shape and as you say, the gap in between the 'arms'. Fascinating. And infuriating not to know, isn't it! LOL Peace.

During filming I didn't see the other longer cigar shaped object, it was a shock to see when it was pointed out to me. Yes, this was so much different from a contrail. Thanks :)

@norroy08 Yes, within the first 12-24 hours of posting, the view count froze 3 times. I agree 100% it is to make others think it's not getting views when it is. This is how I know I got something genuine because this only happenes when a video starts to go viral like it has been. Yes, "top ufologists" need to stop thinking in the old ways, they have aquired a sort of tunnel vision for certain "evidence" the most important stuff is getting dismissed. Great post my friend :)
